Pricing and Policies

Pricing 

1. A complimentary 20-minute consultation is offered to all prospective clients, either in-person or via phone.

2. Assessments are billed at $200 per hour and typically last between 60 to 120 minutes.

3. Therapy sessions are priced at $55 for 30 minutes, which includes 25 minutes of therapy and five minutes of parent consultation. Longer sessions may be available based on my schedule; please call or email to confirm pricing tailored to the therapy needs of your child. (kathie@brookecrestspeech.com/801-358-5308).

4. Payments can be made via check, cash, or credit card, including HSA and FSA cards.

5. Brookecrest Speech Therapy operates as a private pay clinic and does not bill insurance companies directly. We can provide a 'super bill' containing all necessary information for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company for eligible services.

Attendance & Payment: 

1. If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please notify us via text or call as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule.

2. Consistent attendance is crucial. Frequent cancellations may result in being placed back on the waiting list until you are able to commit to regular sessions, 

3. Please drop off and pick up your child on time. Sessions will conclude at the scheduled time, regardless of your arrival.

4. Please attend the last five minutes of your scheduled session for a review our work, homework explanation, and to address any questions.

5. Payment is due after each speech therapy session. Please download the Simple Practice app for payments and messages.

6. Please check your Simple Practice app for upcoming holidays days, vacations or canceled therapy sessions.
